Dear Competitor
Welcome to the Annual S.F.F.N.Z National Pairs Fly Fishing Competition. This event will be held on Lake Rotoaira, Turangi.
The competition dates are 7th and 8th November 2009.
This year the format of the event will be as follows: Any two anglers can fish together for the National Pairs Fly Fishing Championship, however to be eligible for major prize pool you may only have one competitor that has fished in the National individual competition previously.
This event will also be a qualifying competition for the individual National Championship under the new points system set out on the SFFNZ website.
This year entries are limited and entry will be granted on a first in first served basis.
- There are great prizes up for grabs this year. It’s a fun competition and a time catch up with other anglers and to share fishing techniques, info and flies, etc.
- The Annual General Meeting will be held Saturday evening, so as a member it’s a great opportunity to have your say in the exciting development of your fishing association.
